1. Service Coverage
We ship to all parts of India.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
A complete postal address with PIN code, email ID, and contact number is required to process your order. Please double-check these details before checkout.
If the item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of order confirmation.
If some items are out of stock, they will be produced and dispatched within 10 working days. You will be informed in such cases.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time: 2–13 days, depending on your location and chosen shipping option.
Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
Delivery timelines may be extended during public holidays, busy periods, or peak seasons (e.g., before major festivals like Christmas).
Once dispatched, delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or transportation issues are beyond our control.
4. Tracking Information
Once your package is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details.
5. Import Taxes & Duties
If applicable, import taxes, duties, or related customs fees are determined and charged by the destination country’s customs office. These costs are not included in payments made to Best Grade Organics. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
